Jesica is an executive leader at Live Well Counseling Center, where she guides strategic planning, organizational development, and the creation of clear, compassionate systems that support both clients and clinicians. She brings a unique blend of creativity and operational integrity, while engaging in community‑focused initiatives that strengthen LWCC’s mission.

Jesica graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with her Bachelor’s Degree in Family Studies in May 2007 and completed her Master’s Degree in Community Counseling in December 2009. As a Mental Health Clinician, she has 20 years of experience providing direct services to youth and families across a variety of settings. Her clinical background is supported by extensive training in Trauma‑Informed and Research‑Based Practices, including best practices in Suicide Prevention, Postvention, and Intervention services, as well as Violence and Threat Assessment.

Her commitment to person‑centered care is reflected in every aspect of her leadership. Jesica ensures that organizational processes — from compliance to communication — uphold dignity, accessibility, and emotional safety. She excels at translating complex goals into practical, measurable strategies that help the organization thrive while keeping people at the heart of every decision.

Jesica is passionate about building environments where staff feel supported, clients feel seen, and the community feels connected. Her leadership is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and a belief that healing grows strongest in spaces designed with intention and humanity.
