Our Staff

Michelle is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Practical Counselor and holds a Masters of Science degree in Counseling Psychology.  She has 20 years of experience as a clinician working in various settings with youth and families.  She provides outpatient therapy and works in the In-School Counseling Program providing school-based outpatient therapy in Kearney Public Schools and Ravenna Public Schools.  Michelle is trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), trauma, and play therapy.  She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy approaches while working with all systems invovled in children’s lives, such as family, school, and DHHS.  Areas of focus include trauma, attachment, anxiety, depression, ADHD.  Michelle is married to Bill and they have three busy daughters.  In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors.
