Emily is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and is thrilled that she gets to do this as her vocation! She is honored to connect with clients by providing a safe, supportive space to bear witness to their stories and experiences. Emily enjoys discovering the unique beauty of each person and then partnering with them to grow, heal, get stronger, and find hope for the road ahead.
Emily is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner who graduated from Concordia University – Nebraska with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She also has her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University. Despite only working as therapist since 2025, Emily has decades of experience in developing others, mentoring, training, and being a good listener for family and friends. Emily has worked with couples and adults of all ages and backgrounds, and she is currently accepting teenage and adult clients, including couples and families.
In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her family and having quality conversations with friends over good coffee or chips and queso. She also enjoys movie nights, theology, running, and a mix of both chill time at home as well as eating out or traveling. Even though she is originally from Colorado, Emily loves so much about Nebraska and is happy to call Grand Island home!
