Jessica graduated with her degree in community counseling from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2005. She completed an internship at the YRTC-Geneva and then at the I Believe in Me Ranch in Kearney, where she took a position as a therapist. In 2006, Jessica moved to Broken Bow and opened a private practice in counseling.

Jessica joined Live Well Counseling of Greater Nebraska, formerly Family Resources of Greater Nebraska, in January 2012. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Jessica is trained in trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and critical incident stress debriefing (CISD). Jessica is trained as a facilitator in Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP). She enjoys going out to businesses through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and presenting on a variety of topics.

Jessica lives on the family ranch in the Sandhills of Nebraska with her husband and five children. She spends her free time reading, gardening, horseback riding, and volunteering. She serves the Broken Bow office, as well as utilizing Telehealth in order to provide services to others throughout the state.
