Our Staff

Jodi is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner.  She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Wayne State College in 2000, a Master of Science in Education Administration (PK-8) degree from Wayne State College in 2013, and in 2023 obtained her Master of Science in Education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska Kearney.  She interned with Livewell Counseling Center where she gained experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families struggling with grief, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, as well as other major mental health conditions. Jodi uses an integrative approach with techniques derived from CBT, DBT, Systemic and Solution Focused approaches.

Jodi is certified to give the EQ-i & EQ 360, a trainer for Trauma 101 and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.  She enjoys sharing and informing others about the various mental health struggles and impact on relationships within families, business and organization environments.  Jodi has had experience with working with children, adolescents and families in her fourteen years in public education.  She also has experience in working with teams in businesses and organizations in creating healthy working and relational environments
